Return & Exchange Policy
At Royal Forge & Royal, we stand behind the structural integrity and artisanal quality of every blade. If your acquisition does not resonate with your culinary standards, we offer a refined return experience.
01. Eligibility Conditions
Unused professional-grade instruments in their pristine original condition and heritage packaging may be returned within 30 days of acquisition.
02. Restoration of Funds
All returned items undergo a verification by our master cutlers. Upon validation of integrity, funds are restored within 7-10 business days to the original instrument of payment.
03. Custom Specifications
Please note that custom-forged or personalized commissions are unique to the collector and are non-refundable unless a verified structural defect is present.
04. Logistics & Handling
To initiate a return, coordinate with our concierge at royalfoldforge@gmail.com. We will provide secure transit documentation and handling instructions.
05. Customs, Taxes & Handling Fees
Customs & taxes will be deducted, along with a 25% handling fee. A full receipt will be shared.
